Since 1.1.03 upgrade, fill won't fill

Since upgrading to 1.1.03, when I choose fill mode, the item doesn’t fill. I went back to 1.1.02 and now it doesn’t either. I opened files I know had fill set in them, they also are showing only as lines. Why?

if you are saying that the objects are not showing as ‘filled’ in the workspace then you may not have selected one of the 2 ‘filled’ options found within the ‘Window’ dropdown menu

Duuuude, give me some credit, of course I have fill chosen. I get the same result with fill+line.

That wasn’t my suggestion, I asked if you have either 'filled/course or filled/smooth selected in the ‘Window’ drop down menu
