SIZING ISSUES with MIRA 7 AND LIGHTBURN

Hello! New here to the help situation.
I’m running a Mira 7 from Lightburn and after sizing my artwork or my cut it doesn’t print or cut the size I need on the Mira 7 laser. Any help would be appreciated. I have tried to troubleshoot but nothing I have done or checked seems to help. The size of my cut is set to 3 inches but comes out smaller to what I entered.

  1. Artwork imported or done entirely in Lightburn?
  2. Does this apply to all artwork, or just specific cases?
  3. Has it ever been correct?
  4. Does a box or circle created in Lightburn cut or burn the correct size?
