Smoothie Board with Laserburn

From my last post, I have insulated the USB cord, and I have added insulation around where the board is mounted on the cutter.

I am having this issue where, when I go to cut a file. The alignment and quality of the cuts don’t work correctly. I have posted here before, and it was recommended that I lower the acceleration on the config file. Here is the one I have here:

The file I am trying to cut is a rectangle inside a rectangle. (See the screen shot).

I have the power set to 2% and at 1.3/inch per sec.
