Wow, looks like 2.1.01 is REALLY causing a LOT of problems!! What the heck happened with this update guys??? ROLL IT BACK MAN, OR FIX IT!!!
If you don’t say what is wrong, nobody can help you. I am guessing yours is a CO2 laser. I have seen very few issues mentioned for these other than cameras.
Most issues seem to be related to either screen resolution or units settings.
In the meantime if your issues are drastic, you can roll back by reinstalling a previous version. There is no need to uninstall anything first.
Then report your issues so we can help resolve them.

I don’t think so. It’s just users that aren’t able to search or read.
If you scroll through the “error” reports of the last weeks, it’s more or less three to four problems, of which one is already addressed and will be updated soon (but still, people are reporting and reporting) and the other three are common issues of changes in the UI, which partly also happened when switching to 2.0. Solutions have been posted hundreds of times here, but people still ask.
It’s a symptom of the current times—people don’t think before asking; they first ask and then (maybe) start to think.

I’ve been thinking the same thing the last few days. Those that never coded software and delt with customers have no idea what goes on behind the scenes.
I’m running 2.0.5 and 2.1 side by side. When I installed 2.1 there were a few minor hiccups that I was able to fix on my own within a very short time… by just going though the software.
From the time I started the install to the time I did the first material test was less than 30 minutes.
Like any other software there will be a few patches coming in the next few weeks. Once things have settled, and I know it will, I will only run the latest update.
