no matter what I do can not get the software lightburn to read my rudia software on my 50 watt Blue and White laser from china ,no device found, It states disconnected, whipped

Hi Judy - can you give us a couple other bits of info?

  • What operating system are you using?
  • Have you tried setting it up manually, or just using the auto wizard?
  • Which version of LightBurn are you using?
  • Does RDWorks connect to it, or does that also not work? (that could me it’s a hardware or driver problem)
