Software workspace rotation

I really need a way to rotate the workspace in lightburn, any ideas?

I have the y-axis extension kit for my Longer Ray5, but the machine is oriented so x/y 0 is in the top left corner of my enclosure to take up less floor space. But of course, lightburn only gives the option to have x/y 0 in the lower left corner. Seems like there should be a user interface option to rotate the “view” to better suit the user screen size, orientation, etc. without messing up the x/y reference.

What am I missing?

It is your machine’s endstop/limit switches that determine where the machine’s home is.

Does it really matter until you send it to the laser?

My rotary sits at a 90 degree angle (as most do), so I do my layout and design with the workspace right way up, then when happy with the results, I select all and I press the “,” key to rotate everything 90. I check frame to make sure I thing line up between screen and laser… Then press START.
