When I send my design to the Ruida and bring up the design it shows a solid color for the design. My machine is a OMTECH 100 C02 and it engraves that same solid square. I have a picture of it but don’t know how to get it posted
Most files can be either ‘drug and dropped’ on the reply window or use the upload icon
in the tool bar.
If it is too large, you can save it to something like your Google drive and post a link… Most photos are relatively small.
Before you send it to the Ruida, how does the ‘preview’ look?
