as per picture I can’t keep the same distance all the way around with flood fill
If I use offset fill it works I have recreated the circles to make sure they are round and realigned everything several times and and did a test run with just the outline and as you can see the fill did not stay in the lines
Nothing has moved and I have temped to redone this engrave several times after making new circles ,realigning but nothing changes so I tried a sample piece with offset and it worked so out of frustration it used offset
Any suggestions
Flood fil is more mechanically demanding, if you have some slack it will add and get noticed.
Slow down and add +4% more overscan.
Double check you project file. I was making a train track for one project and it gave me fits keeping the lines spaced equally.
Offset fill works great for large circles, jes sayin…

Slowed the process down a lot and set overscan to 4.5% much much better still playing around with it a little but now on the right track
