I am setting up a new Two Trees TTC450 pro and everything seems to be working except the spindle speed is around 800 rpm. If I go to the override window and jack it up to 200% it runs faster but not near fast enough to use a router bit.

Checked tool setup, tried it with different end mill tools selected.

My $30 setting is 1000.

Why is my spindle not operating at max speed?

Try $30 set to 10000 or your max spindle speed.

Also check if your controller board has a switch “for modes of operation”.
