Spoil Board Tips

Hey guys so I decided to take the plunge and make myself spoil board for my D1 PRO. I download the lightburn one from Buster Beagle. It went on on well. Just wondering if anyone has any tip or tricks so I can get the most out of my new spoil board ?

I am confused. A spoil board is usually found on a mill, not a laser. Did you actually mean a grid pattern?

If so, I have found, and also read, that a grid pattern is of limited use. I do my alignments primarily using the Frame feature, especially since LB added the Frame Continuous mode.
