Hello, I am totally new to Lightburn. Currently running the trial version. I downloaded it as the local makerspace uses it. I want to design a game, and for this I need stones laser cut. I have attached a svg created in inkscape. When I load this in in lightburn I don’t get solid letters to be engraved. All I see are the outlines. I have converted the letters to path in Inkscape, but that does not help me any further.
Change the layer Mode to “Fill”. This may not show up visually unless you enable a Filled View Style in Window menu. Default shows this as outlines for performance reasons.
I noticed that one of the As actually has a duplicate set of shapes stacked on top which is interfering with the fill… Delete one set to fix it.
