I have connected a new hobby laser and everything is working properly.
But I have the feeling that my laser starts cutting before the original position is reached.
If you look at the red circle, you might see what I mean. Does anyone have a solution?

Are you talking about the soot on the wood? That is normal.
Can you give us an image of just one corner? I could not determine if there was anything strange about the actual cut.

I took a macro photo and hope it is a bit clearer now.
With my other laser (Ortur Laser Master 2 S2 LU2-4-LF) I did not have this problem.
I use Lightburn - latest version
Institutions ;1.5mm plywood.
Power - 80% - 2 Pass

That looks like you have a leadin turned on. Check your Layer settings, Advanced tab.

Except, perhaps, for mechanical backlash causing lost motion during direction changes:
This is for Sculptun lasers, but likely applies to yours as well:

The problem has been solved. The axles were not properly aligned.
Thanks everyone for your input!
