Startup and setup problems

I pointed you at the document that tells you exactly the things you need to change to make your system work. I wrote the software that you’re trying to use, but your issue is not one with the software, it’s with the hardware configuration of your board and machine. Rather than simply tell you, “please contact C3D for assistance” I looked up their documentation, found the relevant knowledgebase article to get you moving, and linked it. If that’s not support, then you have unrealistic expectations of your $40 purchase.

I will absolutely point you toward the resources you need to learn what to change, but I won’t simply do it for you.
