Stopping in the middle of a job

I am using a K40-type 100w laser with a MG3 board made by Awesome.Tech. I make engraved rolling pins and the last two have stopped burning during the project - the first at about 50% and the other at about 20%. Both just stopped dead, while Lighburn still continued counting. I tried pausing and resuming, but nothing. I tried waiting, nothing. I am running version 1.2.00. I don’t know what to do, and I have orders to fill.

When I try to close the file, Lighburn says I am streaming to my device, yet nothing is happening. Does anyone have any ideas? My chiller is on and so is air assist.

I changed to a different laptop and it hasn’t happened since. The first laptop was running windows 10. Second was running Windows 11.
