I’m having an issue hooking up air assist to my Ruida 6445G controller.
The voltage across the wind pin and the +24 pin is 23.75V when the machine is idle. when a job runs it drops to 21V. neither voltage is enough to trigger the solenoid.
my understanding is that Idle voltage should be 0V and when a job runs with Air assist enabled it should go to ~24V.
I have enabled the blower in the vendor settings of the controller.

does anyone have any ideas what might be going on?
