Strange problem (TTS-20)

The problem concerns TwoTrees TTS-20 assembled for a 600x600 workspace.

When trying to engrave / cut, the laser goes crazy and makes irregular shapes:

1. Photo 1 - attempt to engrave a circle
2. Photo 2 - attempt to engrave the TwoTrees logo from a ready file.

Device configuration in the program done according to the manufacturer’s data.

I will point out that the laser works without any problems in the GRBL program, so I assume it’s some kind of configuration problem?

I would advise contacting support or maybe reinstall Lightburn.
