The top image with the console is showing that you are connected but receiving an ‘error:9’ message.
Something is triggering the ‘shock detection’, and shutting down the laser. The motion control board has a detector that shuts the laser off in case the machine is bumped or moves beyond some setting as a safety mechanism.
