Got inspired by some folks who go all out in costume at a recent area Comic-Con.
We should all have as much fun as they do! And I’m starting to get there with Lightburn- which is the only program I opened for this project from start to finish!

I like that base. I assume you also made that and laser engraved it.
Oh yeah, got a pic, traced in LB, removed overlapping, lasered into mdf.

Probably telling what you already know but the light sabers are easy- laser in design to mdf, primer paint, when dry- take black paint and scrub into lasered recesses, wipe off excess. Great looking.
