Switched from ezcad2 to lightburn and laser will not fire - Cloudray QS30

I recently switched from using Ezcad2 on my Cloudray QS30 laser to Lightburn. While using ezcad2 the laser ran fine and engraved as it should, but now it does not actually mark what I am working on. It will turn on and give me the outline (frame) but that’s as far as it goes. I’ve watched the installation video a few times and imported the files from ezcad as well as installed the ezcad2 driver. Am I missing something?
edit - speed was at 10 mm/m and I didn’t notice that…

Check that the correct laser source is selected… Mine is a jpt…
