When switching between units of measure all functions change except the layer line speed. Laser speed remains in mm/min
Be sure to select Inches/min Not Inches/mm/min.
If you want to change everything to Inches, you can go into Edit/Settings and pick Inches/Sec in there, which will change the layer line speed as well.
