My system completely malfunction, when i ask to frame it frames completely off the chart, when i start the burn i get message cut may be off the grid , its AS if its gotten a mind of its own really frustrated , seems it doesn’t recognize the place where the object is , is there someone who can support online and go through the system set up to see whats wrong or should i just uninstall and start over
I understand you are struggling with an Xtool S1? Is that correct?
The first thing to check is that you’re using the lbdev file from this tutorial.
Next, what ‘start from’ position are you using in your laser tab?

Is the object that you are trying to burn from an image trace? If so, you may have a stray object or artifact that is outside of the grid working space. Press “Control A” on PC, or “Command A” on Mac I believe, to select all objects. There may be a tiny spec off the working grid that is causing the behavior.
