Tangent circle is not working for me in the latest released (it’s gray out )

i just trying out this new feature, but i can’t have it to work
The Boolean tools only work on 2 shapes at a time - reduce your selection to two items and see if it opens the option.
OK, I installed the new version and I can confirm that on single and double selected shapes the option is greyed out.
Watching with you for solution 
Sorry is not working, the Boolean is not the problem , the Tangent circle doesn’t
You have to select 3 circles.
I did search the help docs, but some how missed that entry. Perfectly simple explanation. Thanks 
3 circles, all same size required.
****Noted all must be circles, size does not matter.
No, can be different sizes. But they must be circles and not ovals.
