The laser stop recording

I changed laser mode $32 enable to true and it stopped recording I CHANGED IT AGAIN TO FALSE AND IT RECORDED

Tell me more about the controller. There should be no checksum that prevents the controller from functioning.

When you set $32 to true, does the engraver stop by not applying the laser or by not moving, or by not connecting?

I would appreciate a lot more detail.
