I tried to remote assist a friend in Australia today and came across that the values I entered in distance and speed were not saved, i.e., when restarting LB all values in “Move” window are back to 0. It is the latest, official current LB version he has installed.
(There are no problems here on my RC version.)
Any suggestions what it could be?

Did you come across this in your installation, too?
I haven’t seen this before, and couldn’t reproduce it.
If possible, email us their “Help > Support Data”, so we can test it using the exact same settings.
Hi Aaron, no I haven’t seen this problem on one of my own computers. Troubleshooting will be next to impossible because as I said, it is observed over remote desktop session.
My friend in Australia has installed ver. 1.7. xx again because there were also other problems he wants to see if it is version related.
I will keep an eye on it and report back if the problem is still there.
