Is the controler in the xtool a gabl device. the only way I can get my computer to operate off of a USB cable is to put my machine as a grbl device. Is this correct
Yes. It should be configured as GRBL. Have you updated the device to the latest firmware? Easiest to do this from the Laserbox Basic that is provided by the manufacturer. You’ll definitely want to update if you haven’t as yet.
