Hello, does anyone have an idea on how to get rid of the line that is printing on top of the engraving, we have tried to change the setting multiple times, we reset the engraver and the line keeps appearing even though it is not part of the picture
Can you upload your .lbrn file for review? Need to sort out if this is something in the design or potentially a hardware issue.

To be honest, I’m not sure, I changed the wording and made a new document. I don’t know what was wrong with the first one, the lines were not part of it. I do appreciate everyone, thank you
