Too little power at 5.5W LASER output

Good morning,
I carved a circle with a 100% power demand.
I find that the PWM measured with the oscilloscope on the laser is less than 10% while the demand is 100% power. The input power is only 17 W instead of 40 W.
How to find the source of the problem, is it the motherboard or the LightBurn software?

You have a 5.5 Watt diode and expect 40 Watt?, it makes no sense. 17 Watt roughly corresponds to the power your diode, fan and controller use. What is written as optical output in your machine description?

The PWM report is an error. The solution is to change Smax to 1000 in LightBurn. Thank you
