Toocaa L2 keeps dropping connection

Have been using Lightburn with my Toocaa L2 for a couple weeks. Just getting into laser and all was going well. Over the last week the laser has been dropping the connection.
Tried changing ports, using different USB cable, restarting. Don’t know where to go next. I’d appreciate any help.

Are you using a quality shielded cable with one or more ferrites on it?

Thanks Mike. It was the cable included with the unit. Looks like a regular charging cable. I will get a better one and try it.

Well I got a new higher quality cable and with a Lightburn update, everything seems to be working. Thanks for your help.
