when I bring in an image such as bitmap or jpg and I do a trace image, and click ok, the image dissapears and there is no trace ?
what could I be doing wrong
Can you take a screenshot of the Trace Image window after you’ve prepared the trace but before you click OK?
I was not able to take the screenshot, however I tried the sliders again and with better highlighting I was able to trace the image.
How does one take a screenshot ?

Drag a frame - that loads the image right onto the clipboard. CTRL+v to paste.
