Trial ended Error-First time downloading

I download the trial for Lightburn and it states that I have used up 30 days of the trial and this was the first time I downloaded it.

Read it again. It´s a countdown and you have left 30 days of trial period …

No, it said I have used up 30 days of the trial, not that I have 30 days to use. Because the only choice I have is to upgrade or enter a registration number for the upgrade

You had your 30 days, if you want to continue to use it, you have to pay the registration fee and you will get a number or key to allow it to run…

Or am I missing something? Might want to be more clear or are you expecting another 30 days for free?

What everyone is missing is I downloaded it for the very first time yesterday, Sept 8, 2023, it has literally been 1 day since I downloaded the trial. After I installed it and registered, it stated that my trial had ended, which is impossible because it was the first time I ever downloaded it.

I apologize, I misunderstood you in that you used the 30 day trail already…

I’d suggest sending a note to support and ask them to check it for you…

There is a license portal that you should be able to access the information…

This being a weekend, I don’t know if they will get back to you before Monday…
