Looks like this has been resolved. I see this trial is good for another 30 days. 
But I still see that he gives me the same message that is already 29 days old. Should I download the program again?
LightBurn should pick up the trial extension automatically, but you may need to go into ‘Help’ → ‘License Management’ and press ‘Extend Trial’ to force it to check back in with the license server.
