After downloading and installing the software I get a error message when trying to start. It says;
“The program can’t start because VCRUNTIME140.DLL is missing from the computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.”
Every time I try to reinstall I get the same message. What can I do?
I’m using a Nextbook running Windows 10 home, Intel Atom 1.33 GHz 32-bites, x64 based processor. Has 1 gig ram installed.
You can install the runtime libraries from Microsoft directly: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685
Most systems come with them already, or have them installed by Windows Update, but the above link should take care of it.
