Hi
This is driving me mad. I have windows 10. I have downloaded some art files which are in .lbart. I can see them no problem. I go into the folder and can see the individual files!
However, if I try to load from lightburn I can see the folders all present and correct but when I open them there is nothing in them. Come out of lightburn and they are all there.
I can see the files but I don’t have a program that opens .lbart on windows 10 and wondered if that could be the issue.

Are you trying to simply open the files in Lightburn?
If so, that doesn’t work. You access .lbart files through the Art Library. Read through this part of the docs to get your Art Library going.
