with lightburn active, and Ortur Master 3 on, I send a cut path to the laser, this is what i get “Trouble sending data to laser, Machine maybe busy or paused” I’m just getting started. Needhelp

Your laser may not be connected properly, you will not be able to send jobs until you see a status of “Ready” here:

I am having the same problem. On the device detection screen, when I unplug and reinsert the USB, the detected device information display changes. Also, when I try to send commands to the laser, I get “There is a problem sending data to the laser and the device may be busy or paused”. My computer is a 2019 MacBook Pro and I think it has something to do with USB-C. However, I do not know the cause. And the laser properties screen is definitely “ready”.
