The first problem I found that solved many issues running under windows 10 was to open the “Device Manager”, Click on Universal Serial Bus Controllers and check each one and make sure that power saving is not enabled. Not all of them will have that option but the ones that do might be your issue. Please feel free to add your tricks and tips for trouble shooting.
2nd Make sure you are using the right power supply.
3rd Make sure all wires are plugged in correctly and all the way in.
4th Make sure your Gantry Bar is not lose. You can fix that with that little double connector in the corner, Make sure both screws are hitting metal (and align your gantry bar while doing that).
