I’m having trouble updating (MacBook Pro), I was extremely hesitant updating so now I’m really behind. I have managed to update to 9.23 and now when I check for updates it says I am up to date. I have a current license as well. Any recommendations or guidance would be welcome.
That’s odd. Can you send a screenshot of the message you’re getting?
If you can’t update from within the app you should be able to download the latest version directly from the site.
Make sure LightBurn is not running then complete the installation of the new version. Make sure to follow the installation instructions if you get a warning about LightBurn not being an identified application and aren’t sure how to deal with it.
Ok I downloaded the right version .dmg and got it to open and verified by checking for updates and it showed I was at the correct version. I removed all other old versions from my computer. Thanks for the help.
