Trouble with communication

Not sure why Lightburn is disconnected. I ping the address and it appears to be communicating.

Was it working and now doesn’t connect or is this a new install.

Do you have the Ruida set up for a static IP? Sometimes the router will re-assign IP and there could be a conflict if another device is on the same IP. Might use something like ‘arp-scan’ to look at your network.

What does Lightburn ‘do’ when you right click on the ‘device’ button (this attempts to reconnect).?

Yes it has been working. I do have the Ruida. I just used the machine last night.
