I am trying to purchase the license and your site does not recognize my email and password…
Need some help here.

You are not required to log in to the LightBurn site to purchase. That login is for resellers and repeat customers. Go to the LightBurn Site, navigate to the page of the version you want to purchase, place that version into your cart and proceed to the checkout process and complete using your payment method of choice.
