I’ve been having an issue with my finished products having lines in the metal after the powder coat has been burnt off the metal. Even with acetone the lines are still there which leaves me wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so how did you solve it?
Check to make sure your line interval is small enough, and make sure that the items aren’t slipping on the rotary - that’s not uncommon.
When I had this, I found out I was using way more power than necessary to blast off the powder coating. When I dialed the power back these lines stopped.
