I turned off ‘enable pointer offset’ using the d1 pro with 40 watt module but the crosshairs do not go off. Any help is appreciated.
The Pointer Offset is the distance between the focused laser spot and the center of the crosshair. Disabling the offset tells LightBurn not to adjust the laser position using that distance and has no effect on whether the crosshair is active.
Most likely, the crosshair comes from a simple red laser diode connected directly to the +5 V supply in the controller. If you don’t want it, trace the wire to the controller and pull the plug.
