Turn on spindle direction pin 13

Hi all

I have pwm pin 11 connected to my laser power supply in, but i would also like to use the spindle direction pin 13 (using grbl with arduino by the way), to toggle my laser on and off basicly pull pin 13 to ground how do i do that with light burn i have tried a few things but i just get 0v on pin 13
