Trying to hook up my ultimate air assist, got it wired up. The manual switch works but doesn’t when controlled by software. I’ve put my multimeter on the “+24” and the “wind” pins and got nothing while running a file with the air assist toggled on in the software. Any help or ideas would great, Thanks for your time.

With air assist toggled on in the software… Are you talking layer on / off, or the user settings? Under the user tab in the other section under blow type you need to go in, read, set, then write your air assist option.
That helped me figure it out. Thank you so much for taking the time to help others.
