I typically use light burn to resize and rotate dxf files then export Then into different software that sucks with complicated dxf files.
Yesterday I was able to do so as normal. I realized I needed to resize and rotate the file. Now when ever I try to export (File-export) the dialog box opens then the program freezes.
Nothing was changed between successful and unsuccessful attempts other than some sizing. I updated to the latest version to see if it would fix it but it did not.
Doesn’t matter what the file is. If I draw a square and try and export it the same thing happens.
What operating system are you running LightBurn on?
If Windows, in your LightBurn settings (“Edit” > “Settings”), in the File Settings tab, check to see if you have “Use external Load / Save dialogs” selected, and select it if you do not. If that doesn’t help, try “Bypass system Load / Save dialogs”.
