Unable to license Mac after update

I have purchased another year of support and my Windows system has updated but the Mac fails and says the license key is invalid! Help please. I have tried uninstalling but get the same result.

You have entered an extra space into the key you provided us via your email. We responded to this email already, but “key is invalid” is a mis-entered key message. Try again using the copy and paste to avoid the potential of mistyping.

Mea Culpa!! Following a very speedy response from support where they told me I had typed the number with a space in it…Arghhh … it of course worked. I feel so stupid. Sorry for raising this,
