I am unable to get my printer to work. I select the object I want sent to the laser and it says that the Transfer failed, the machine may busy be busy or paused. It is unable to print. It is plugged in, and both the printer and laser have been restarted. I am running the newest version of Lightburn which I just downloaded but I was receiving this message prior to the download. My computer is an Asus VivoBook and it uses Windows 11, the laser is an Aufero (Orthur) Laser 1.0 LU2-4-SF. Any help is appreciated!
Never mind I figured it out. Silly me. For some reason I have to find my laser and add it each time I use the machine for the first time. But I got it.
It may be that the port is not being selected automatically. This can happen if you start LightBurn before turning on your laser.
Make sure your port is correctly designated here:
You only ever have to ‘Find my Laser’ once, but you might need to choose the port it’s connected to, as PY shows above.
