Unable to send camera alignment project to my laser

Hi,

Camera stopped working so i re-aligned the lens all was fine, i then tried to realign the camera, but when trying to send the project through from lightburn to my thunder laser , it won’t send. Ive updated lightburn , I have reset light burn and the laser , I’ve re-installed lightburn on to my MacBook. But nothing seems to be working.

Has anyone had this before?

Unplug all USB devices but laser and camera and try again.
