My OMTECH 60W Manual Focus will not accept my input from Lightburn after I performed maintenance work (installed new exhaust fan). All connections appear to be secure, the screen message tells me “TRANSFER FAILED. There was a problem sending data to the laser. The machine may be busy or paused.”
I have restarted the OMTECH as well as restarting Lightburn, (both several times). ANY THOUGHTS, PLEASE??
How do you connect to the Ruida, usb or Ethernet?
I’d suggest Ethernet if possible.
You should be able to see the USB connection in the device manager. If not then it could be some issue with the driver. If Windows did an update it could effect the connection…
Ethernet, it should appear on your lan…
Assume the controller is getting power and it’s connected to the device.
Unless you tore the Ethernet or USB cable from the controller, I doubt you could have done any thing to break it… just changing out the fan…
