I create a macro and change the name Macro 0 => Test.
I’m relaunching Lightburn and the macro name is still Macro 0.
In the preferences.ini file the name Test is saved.
If I right click on the macro the dialog box opens with the right name.
Then the macro is displayed correctly.
At the new launch, same problem.

Do you run LightBurn in a different language? It’s possible that the translation system is translating the button names when displayed. I’ll check this.
Edit: checked, and yes, it’s likely that this is what is happening. Try running in English, and if the name you entered displays correctly, it was the translation system updating the buttons. I’ve disabled translation for the macro buttons.
