Trying to install the update this morning on my windows 10 laptop, getting an error. any ideas as to why this is happening?

even after choosing do not close the applications, received another error. 
If that happens, just uninstall the previous version and then install this one.
Having same issue. Maybe I messed up, but I hit “Ignore” and it loaded. Not sure if I wlll have any issues with program. Question, when you say “uninstall the previous version”, I cant find a previous version. Did .19 still override the previous version? Thanks!!
