Hi there i recently purchased light burn in September and this week have done the update and now its saying my subscription is in its trial period. Is there a reason why this has happened and how to fix it?
OS updates or other computer hardware updates can change enough stuff to make our license system think it’s a new machine. Deactivate and then re-enter the key and you should be set.
You can also do this from our License Portal.
